Please read the following J-goods Terms and Conditions carefully.
These terms and conditions of use apply to the website and the service provided by Sky Origin Inc. (“Skyorigin”), and this is a legal agreement between the customers and Skyorigin. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, do not use the site. All associated sites linked to our website have their own terms and conditions of use, and by using these sites you agree to those terms and conditions of use.

Article 1 (Definitions)

In these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of use”), the following definitions are used:

  1. The “Terms” etc. refers to these terms, note of use, privacy policy, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and any other regulations set by Skyorigin.
  2. The “Site user” or “user” refers to individuals who agree to the Terms, and uses the site and the service.
  3. The “Service” refers to all services, including services free of charge or pay services, provided on websites including “J-goods” run by Skyorigin.
  4. The “User information” refers to the information provided by the user to Skyorigin and the information regarding the service usage history.
  5. The “Store” refers to individuals or companies, who provide services or the sale of goods on the website run by third parties, and they are not from Skyorigin, group companies or partner companies.

Article 2 (The User)

  1. In order to use the Services, the User must first agree to obey to the Terms. In some cases, the User must register and become members to use certain services.
  2. The User may not transfer, sublet, or confer the rights that are granted to them.

Article 3 (The Terms)

The Terms apply to all Users. In order to use the website or the Service, the User must first agree to obey to the Term.

Article 4 (User information)

  1. The Users must notify us immediately of any changes to the registered information. Skyorigin is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by not informing any changes.
  2. Even if changes are made to the registered information, services which are applied or settled before the change will be handled based on the original information.
  3. Skyorigin manages and handles user’s personal information in accordance with our privacy policies.
  4. In principle, Skyorigin shall not disclose the User’s personal information to third parties. However this does not apply under the following circumstances;
    1. Disclosure is required by law.
    2. Personal information may be passed to associated companies. In this case, Skyorigin will ask associated companies to manage and handle user’s personal information appropriately.
    3. When Skyorigin makes a decision to that disclosure is needed to protect the interests, honours and rights of the Service provider.
  5. Skyorigin may use personal information to improve, promote, and keep the Service running smoothly.
  6. Skyorigin has the right to provide information to the User via newsletter, advertisement or any other methods. Provision of information will be stopped if the User does not wish to receive any information. However, the provision of information cannot be stopped when Skyorigin decides that information is necessary in operation of the Service.

Article 5 (Transactions)

  1. Even in a case of the User purchasing products from the Store using our service, it is a direct transaction between the User and the Store. Skyorigin is not responsible of product transactions which are not sold by us, and we are not the related party of transactions.
  2. User shall authorize both of Skyorigin and Store to conclude the delivery contract in user's name.

Article 6 (Our responsibilities)

  1. Skyorigin do not guarantee authenticity, accuracy, usefulness, reliability, legality, continuity of the details of the stores, and the user must check the stores directly.
  2. Skyorigin is not responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of unexpected system failure and data loss, loss and damage caused by unauthorised access.
  3. Skyorigin do not guarantee the contents of emails sent from the website, the server and the domain provided by us are virus free.
  4. Skyorigin may provide information and advice to the Users and the Store, however, Skyorigin is not responsible or liable in any way.
  5. Skyorigin is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Users caused by violating the Terms.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

When using the website or the Service, the following acts are prohibited

  1. Any act which violates or may violate laws, the Terms, note of use and any other regulations.
  2. Any act which damages or may damage the rights, honour and profits of Skyorigin, the Service provider or the any third parties.
  3. Any unauthorised or illegal access to Skyorigin’s server and computers.
  4. The resale of products purchased through via our service by the User.
  5. Any act which cause trouble or discomfort to other users or third parties.
  6. Act of sending and writing harmful computer programs and emails.
  7. Providing false information.
  8. Any act which violates or may violate public order.
  9. Any other acts which Skyorigin deemed inappropriate.

Article 8 (Access information)

  1. When the User uses our site, Skyorigin may use cookies and collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to analyse aggregate information, and to audit the use of our site.
  2. The User cannot use the Service if cookies and IP addresses are set to disabled.

Article 9 (Use of the Service)

Skyorigin may carry out regular or emergency system maintenances to improve customer convenience. Access to our service may be interrupted or suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Skyorigin is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of the suspension and interruption of the Service.

Article 10 (The suspension and interruption of the Service)

Access to our service may be interrupted or suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Skyorigin is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of the suspension and interruption of the Service.

Article 11 (User suspension)

Skyorigin reserves the right to cancel or suspend a user's account or reject any candidate's membership application without notice in the following circumstances. Skyorigin is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of the suspension, cancelation of the Service.

  1. 1. Any act that violates laws, the Terms, note of use and any other regulations.
  2. 2. In order to secure the health and safety of the User.
  3. 3. The case in which we discover unfair practices regarding the service usage.
  4. 4. The case in which Skyorigin deemed appropriate.

Article 12 (Modification and discontinuation of the Service)

Skyorigin reserves the right to discontinue or modify in whole or part of the Service.

Article 13 (Revision of terms and conditions)

Skyorigin reserves the right to revise any of the Terms stated here and will come into effect immediately after posting, which all users must obey.

Article 14 (Applicable law and agreement on jurisdiction)

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Nagoya District Court of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between the User and Skyorigin arising out of the access or use of these services.
